Do you work out of a commercial kitchen? 
Yes, I rent a commercial kitchen, am inspected twice annually by DOH, and am fully insured.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and/or allergies? 
Yes, I do to the best of my ability. I have been asked to exclude or put nuts on the side, I’ve made vegan/vegetarian boards, and boards with no pork. I will notify you if I need to upcharge for anything. 

Do you have a location? 
Other than the commercial kitchen I currently rent in Sturgis, I don’t have my own location yet! It’s definitely something I am looking forward to, but am currently focusing on continuing to build my business and get my name out there. Do you do any hot food?
Not currently, only charcuterie, cruditès, cold dips, and sandwiches.
