Do you work out of a commercial kitchen?
Yes, I rent a commercial kitchen, am inspected twice annually by DOH, and am fully insured.
Yes, I do to the best of my ability. I have been asked to exclude or put nuts on the side, I’ve made vegan/vegetarian boards, and boards with no pork. I will notify you if I need to upcharge for anything.
We are now located at 1109 W Omaha St., Suite D in Rapid City! We are currently still accepting orders 48 hours in advance and are not open for walk-ins. Hopefully once our lobby is finished, we will have walk-in hours for smaller grab-n-go options! But for now, we are only open for scheduled pickups.
Not currently, only charcuterie, cruditès, cold dips, salads, and sandwiches.
