Do you work out of a commercial kitchen?
Yes, I rent a commercial kitchen, am inspected twice annually by DOH, and am fully insured.
Yes, I do to the best of my ability. I have been asked to exclude or put nuts on the side, I’ve made vegan/vegetarian boards, and boards with no pork. I will notify you if I need to upcharge for anything.
Other than the commercial kitchen I currently rent in Sturgis, I don’t have my own location yet! It’s definitely something I am looking forward to, but am currently focusing on continuing to build my business and get my name out there.
