About Me

Hi, I’m Joselyn, owner of Amazing Graze Charcuterie LLC. With a passion for food, creativity, and community, I started this business to bring people together with handcrafted, flavorful spreads for any occasion.

Though I originally studied psychology and worked with kids in the foster care system, I found myself burned out and needing a change. In 2023, after being inspired by my friend Landi’s business journey and her success with “Cultivated in Love” in Sioux Falls, I realized that food and creativity were my true calling and I took a huge leap of faith by launching Amazing Graze in the Black Hills. Since then, the business has grown rapidly, with opportunities to cater events, collaborate with amazing partners, and even appear on the news.

This journey has been nothing short of a whirlwind, and I’m beyond grateful for the incredible customers and support I’ve received so far from the Black Hills community and I’m so excited for the delicious possibilities ahead!
